Custom Size Rugs Questions

Complete your payment to begin production of your custom rug. Delivery is expected within approximately 6–8 weeks. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the estimated delivery date. If there are any unexpected delays, we will proactively notify you and keep you updated throughout the process.

Because custom rugs are made just for you, they’re considered final sale. We’ll confirm all details with you before production begins.

At the moment, we offer custom sizing only.

Available custom sizes can be viewed in the custom size form on eligible product pages.

We’re happy to assist with any changes before your order is placed. Once the order has been submitted and production begins, modifications may no longer be possible.

It depends on the design. Some patterns may require adjustments before production. We will send you a design proof via email for your review and approval before you place the order.

Yes, custom rugs use the same soft, durable materials as our regular collections.

Custom sizing is available on selected rug designs only. Eligible styles will show a custom size option on the product page.
