Our Return Policy covers all products sold by Lany Space. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may returnit within 15 days of receiving the product.

To initiate a return, first of all, please submit a return request in your account. Please note that specific items, such as custom-made or personalized products, final sales, wholesale items, or clearance are not eligible for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of its receipt. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Please note that a restocking fee of $45 will be charged for each item over $119, and a restocking fee of $25 will be charged for each item below $119.To be eligible for a refund, the original item(s) MUST be in new condition (including the original plastic bag) and returned without: Traces of pet hair or allergensAny marksIndications of use, laundering, or inadequate maintenance Defects or discolorations.

Please be aware that every returned item undergoes a comprehensive evaluation, and a refund will not be issued in a state that prevents it from being resold.

Please note that return labels are currently only provided for customers in the United States. Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for obtaining and covering the cost of their return shipping labels. Please return the product within 30 days after we approve your return to avoid any late fees or additional charges. Overdue returns will automatically close without any refund.

Steps for Returning the Product:

Prepare the Product: Please make sure the product is in the same condition as when you received it, along with the packaging.Drop-off Location: Use the pre-paid return label and drop off the product at any of the USPS/FedEx/UPS stores nearby.

Receipt Confirmation: Upon successful return, you'll receive an email confirmation from us.Please ensure that the original packaging or similar packaging is used to ship the returned item(s) to prevent damage during transport.

For customers residing in the U.S.: If you received your order within the last 15 days at a U.S. address, we offer a prepaid return shipping label to assist you with the return process. Yes, and please ensure that the original packaging or similar packaging is used to ship the returned item(s) to prevent damage during transport. You do not have to use the original outside box if it is damaged or too large to fit in your car, but please ensure the item is well protected, as this will affect the return.

For our products, you may exchange your product within15 days of the delivery date at no extra cost if you are residing in the U.S. Exchanges are not currently available for customers residing outside the U.S. You may only exchange an order once, and discounts and promo codes cannot be applied to exchanges. Instead, we will credit you the full retail value of the item being exchanged. If the item you are exchanging costs less than your original purchase, we'll refund the difference. If it costs more, you will be charged for the difference.

Final sale and customized products are not eligible for return.

We issue partial refunds for a variety of reasons, most commonly you may receive a partial refund for the following reasons:To receive a full refund, the original item MUST be in new condition and returned without:All returned items are thoroughly inspected, and any item(s) returned in a condition deemed as no longer sellable will not be refunded. In addition, the returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging to prevent item(s) from damage while in transport. Returns will not be accepted or a partial refund may be issued if the returned item(s) show traces of pet dander or fur, dirt or grass stains, signs of wear, washing, improper care, damage, or stains. Additionally, the returned item(s) must be shipped back in the original packaging or similar packaging to prevent damage during transport.
