How long does a custom rug take to arrive?
Complete your payment to begin production of your custom rug. Delivery is expected within approximately 6–8 weeks. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email with the estimated delivery date. If there are any unexpected delays, we will proactively notify you and keep you updated throughout the process.
Can I return or exchange a custom rug?
Because custom rugs are made just for you, they’re considered final sale. We’ll confirm all details with you before production begins.
Can I customize the color?
