We started decorating this room and this rug was the perfect, bold addition! I accidentally put the wrong address for my shipping and the customer service team was responsive and incredible! I absolutely adore this rug. I was shocked at how soft it was. That was the biggest plus, until my partner spilled a full mug of tea on it about a week into owning it. The rug itself is hydrophobic, which I actually didn't realise until my partner was able to wipe away a full cup of black tea like nothing happened! Now, that's my favourite part of the rug :)

I love this rug! It fits my oddly shaped front entryway perfectly. My only complaint is that the black part of it isn't black to the mat, so you can see some of the bottom white through the black when there's footprints or any movement on it... So if you want it to look perfect, you kind of have to smooth/pet it in place, which is a bit annoying.
This rug is so cute and I really love it! I didn’t think about the challenges that come with a black and white rug (it shows every footprint and will require a lot of cleaning/maintenance to look good) but it’s worth it. It looks like there’s some slight discoloration of the black at the edges but it’s only noticeable close up.

While the design and size are incredible, I was disappointed that the fibers are dyed (not to the base) rather than two-tone tufting. When walked upon, significant/very obvious imprints are left, given that the white base of the black-dyed fibers becomes exposed.

Very soft but somewhat disappointing that the pattern is merely printed, which means that the white underneath the print shows through amd distorts things if its not brushed in just a certain way. Doesnt feel worth the $ paid.
Looks beautiful from afar, but a bit crappy up close. Not sure if we just got an improperly dyed rug? Great for the price, but the dye doesn’t appear to go all the way through the fibers, leaving white spots where it should be black. Design/style is beautiful and it is very soft, but the dye process leaves room for improvement.
